Technically, no. No transactions take place on smHauler.com. All transactions take place on the small business websites that are linked in each product listing. smHauler.com is a marketing/shopping platform, not a transactional one.
Listing your business along with 1 product is completely free! smHauler LLC markets smHauler.com to shoppers around the world looking to #HaulSmall. By joining the collective catalog of small businesses and their products it is easier for shoppers to find what they are looking for and purchase through your business’s own website
Yes! The basic membership offers to list your small business, and add one product for completely free!
No! smHauler LLC does not collect any commission when shoppers find a business with us. The basic membership is completely free, and none of the memberships have hidden fees! smHauler.com is funded through optional paid memberships and WordAds.
Yes! If these guidelines are not followed, your products are subject to removal from smHauler.com. You can find them listed in our Terms & Conditions
You can choose from six different membership types here. We look forward to adding your small business!
At this time, smHauler LLC is not accepting links that lead to etsy, depop, ebay, mercari, poshmark, social media or similar marketplace platforms. This is to focus on our efforts on creating a marketplace platform for individual small business websites. You can find many platforms to create a website for free, and only charges when you sell. If you need any help, feel free to reach out to us!
If you wish to terminate your agreement with smHauler LLC, please submit your termination request in writing to contact@smHauler.com. Terminating your agreement will remove all information and photos your business has upladed to smHauler.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for smHauler LLC to respond and take action.
#HaulSmall is the catchphrase smHauler uses to support shopping small businesses. It’s the same as saying #ShopSmall. Use #HaulSmall on social media to show off your small business finds with us so we can add you to our Haul of Fame on Instagram!
When you buy from a small business you support an individual’s dreams. We know how much time and effort small business owners put in to making their shoppers feel appreciated. Small businesses offer a more unique shopping experience as they put a piece of their heart into each order. We aim to create starting a small business and shopping from small businesses to be more accessible to everyone!

The smHauler LLC team has carefully placed guidelines for businesses to follow and monitors their actions as best as possible. smHauler LLC values reliability in the small businesses represented on smHauler.com. Please note smHauler LLC is not responsible for any action taken off smHauler.com including, but not limited to purchases and communication. If you feel a business should no longer be represented on smHauler.com for any reason please send an email to contact@smhauler.com and we will review your suggestion.
If you have an issue with a small business, please contact the business first and allow them the opportunity to resolve the situation. If the problem is not resolved, you may contact us at contact@smHauler.com and we will review the small business and their partnership with smHauler LLC.
