Shipping Policy
- After your order is placed, it should be shipped within three business days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, this will include your tracking number.
- Crystal shipping charges are based on weight.
- Should you not receive your order, receive the incorrect product, or receive a damaged product please contact me through email or twitter and we shall resolve the issue. I should respond within 24 hours.
- I am not responsible if the shipping address put on the order is incorrect. Please double check the shipping address before placing an order.
- Your order will be shipped from Newburgh, Indiana, USA.
- By purchasing from my shop you are acknowledging that you agree with all the terms and conditions laid out before you.
