Due to all items being printed on demand, a cancellation of the item may only be requested before printing begins, which will occur by the 5th business day but often occurs earlier. You will receive an email once printing of your item begins. Please check both your inbox and spam folder to verify that you have not received notification that the item has started printing. If you have not received the notification, please email contact@kindeedappare.com to request cancellation. If the item is already in the printing stage, you will need to return the item.

Refunds may be issued if requested within 7 days of receiving an item. To request a refund, please email contact@kindeedapparel.com and include your order number, the item your returning, and your name. A refund will not be issued until the original item is received back damage free (except for damage which may occur during shipment).

Items may be exchanged for the same product in a different size only. The original product must be received back before an exchange will be provided. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the original item.
