Hustle and Heart NC agrees and promises to do their best to ship within the listed TAT/processing time at the top of our website. However, rare instances may occur where this is not feasible due to various reasons.
Route insurance is offered and HIGHLY recommended as it is the most useful tool if your package should be lost/damaged in transit and goes much quicker than UPS or USPS claims.
Shipping is weight based and will be calculated at checkout. Please note Shipping times are NOT the same as TAT/processing times.
Any MISSING/DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS must be reported within 48 hours of package being DELIVERED along with a photo of your PAPER invoice and all items received.
