All ready to ship orders will be shipped out to you between 2-4 days of when you placed your order! Custom orders or any item that is made to order can take 1-2 weeks! If for any reason an order may take longer, we will let you know!

Refund Policy
Because every item is carefully handmade, we are unable to refund any order unless the item is fully returned back to us. Upon the return of the item in the same condition it was shipped out to you, then we will be able to issue a refund.
If the item is shipped back not in the same condition as it was sent, we will not be able to process a refund to you.
