Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

-Currently, we only offer to ship to the US and Puerto Rico. We are working hard every day to expand our services to other places too.

How much is the processing time?

-Our current processing time is about 3-5 days. Each order is prepared with love and care. We just like to make sure every piece and accessory is well made for you.

How long does shipping take?

-We use standard shipping, so between 3-5 days.

Does it include a tracking number?

-Yes, for the US or PR it includes a tracking number from which you can view the status of your package.

What if I wrote my address wrong?

 Inform us via Gmail at Or Instagram dm and remember to provide your order number, immediately before your order is shiped . We will fix this mistake immediately.

Refund Policy


Packages lost during transit are not eligible for a refund. We may help with contacting USPS to revise what can be done about the lost goods.

Goods on sale or on discount are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only applicable to:
  • damaged goods. You may have the option to choose between a full refund or a return.
  • Order Cancelations within the time established in our policy.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days before shipment without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You placed the order of the Goods up until before it has been shipped out.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the Cancelation confirmation of Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • Provide a Valid reason for the return (damaged goods or incorrectly received goods)

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale or on discount cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.


To return Goods, we will provide you with a return label. The Goods must be returned in their original packaging. You will be informed of when the Goods are received.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, the return label is via trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


Damaged Goods:

  • For damaged goods to be returned or given a refund, you must provide photographic evidence of the damaged Good’s. You will have 7 days to report the issue.

Incorrect Goods:

  • For incorrectly received goods, you will be provided with a return label, sent via Gmail. The Jewelry Must be received in its original packaging. When the Goods are received on our end, we will send out the correct order to you. We will not charge you anything extra for an incorrectly sent order.
