Shipping Policy

Please refer to your order and post-purchase notifications (email or mobile messages) for the most up-to-date information.  offers 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays. Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over for US orders only (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend. See below for more details on restricted items and specific shipping situations.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and flat rates depending on which option you choose. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, or Alaska.

Puerto Rico

We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico at this time.

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and a flat rate for orders under $50 depending on the option you choose. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and may experience longer than our standard transit times. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over, and $6.95 on orders under $50. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items or offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO Military addresses.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Ari’s Handcrafted Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally at this time.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within  3- 7 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Ari’s Handcrafted Studio to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Ari’s Handcrafted Studio to you when your order is delivered to you.

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

Refund Policy

We will offer a full refund if requested prior to shipping. If item is damaged in any way please refer to damage policy.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order if it has not shipped already.

Due the nature of our  personal care products, all sales are final! We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, spoiled or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 2 days upon delivery of products to contact us if damaged. Products should last (12) months with following proper storage instructions.
