We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have a period of 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same or close to the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To begin the return process, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, and product purchased. Be sure to include RETURN/REFUND in the title of the email. We would love to resolve the issue. If everything is in order, and your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to drop it off at no cost to you. Please note that if you send an item back to us without contacting or requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues upon delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We sincerely apologize and ask that you be patient with us as problems could occur from time to time. We are definitely willing and able to make things right
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain exceptions to items that can be returned. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift card purchases or personalized item. As regards to these items, all sales are final.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received notification of your return process and have received your return, and begin your refund process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to complete
