We introduce our brand designed sweatshirt. We did not want our designs to get in the way and wanted to give you an option for your formal events. This sweatshirt can be worn in a formal fashion, or for movie night. We want you to enjoy the comfort and the pride that comes with being part of an ongoing change geared towards our environment and our earth, one step at a time. Remember, it is all about responsible fashion!

Shipping Policy

Order processing times and shipping times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please we ask that you understand that the order processing time and the shipping time are different.  Due to the recent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the disruption of supply chains, we anticipate longer shipping times. We ask that you be patient with us, as this entirely out of our control.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We would also like you to know we always offer FREE SHIPPING for items that are over 100$

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@designheights.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Again, if this is happens to you, we sincerely apologize for delayed shipping times.

Additional Shipping Information/ Summary

  • 1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • 2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • 3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  • 4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact Customer Support within 20 days after your order was placed.

Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have a period of 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same or close to the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@designheights.org with your name, and product purchased. Be sure to include RETURN/REFUND in the title of the email. We would love to resolve the issue. If everything is in order, and your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to drop it off at no cost to you. Please note that if you send an item back to us without contacting or requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues upon delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We sincerely apologize and ask that you be patient with us as problems could occur from time to time. We are definitely willing and able to make things right

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain exceptions to items that can be returned. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift card purchases or personalized item. As regards to these items, all sales are final.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received notification of your return process and have received your return, and begin your refund process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to complete
