Because of the nature of my items, I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order I will do what I can. If it is something on my end, I will fix it. However if its on the shipping carrier, you may have to contact them directly. I provide tracking information for all my products, so being able to track and handle issues makes this easier.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because I try to work as fast as possible and get things out in the mail and to you quickly, I do not accept cancellations. However, I understand things happen so please contact me within 24 hours of the order being placed.
