This body butter melts as soon as it touches your skin, it can then be spread on your body. A little goes a long way. It will absorb in quickly after you stop rubbing it in. If you continue to rub you can continue to spread the body butter.

Processing Times

This is the time needed for Honeybear Handcrafted to prepare, package and ship you order. In general it take will take 1-3 days to get your order shipped. We always try to have them ready in less time so you will receive your products as fast as possible.

Once the package is scanned by the Postal Service I no longer have control of how long it will take to arrive at your home. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, You must submit your return request with the reasons why you would like to return your item. If accepted we will notify you of the acceptance. The cost of return will be your responsibility. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We are unable to exchange items. Please read the product descriptions prior to purchase. If there are extenuating circumstances regarding the product please contact us with the details. We will then reach out to you to try to resolve any issues.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
