Shipping Policy

Orders may be delayed in time from the moment shipping labels are printed to when they are actually sent out. Track your shipment for the best estimate of delivery and to see the progress of your shipment.

Apparel items are made to order so please allow 10-20 days for shipping (depending on location)

refer to tracking information.

Warehouses are located in Canada, United States and Hong Kong. Depending where your item is available in stock is where it will be shipped from.

*Self Care Pick Me Up is NOT responsible for shipping times, lost shipments, delays, or damages to products*

If any issues occur please send us an email and we will do our best to get to the bottom of the issue!

Refund Policy

At this time we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges may be considered, customer is required to pay for return shipping.

Mockups may not show accurate colours, colours may not print how they are shown. Fading is normal for printed items.

Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery, If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Dropshipping return, refund, exchange policies:

If the customer informs us about any of the following situations within 7 days of delivery, we will provide the refund or re-ship the order:

•The goods from the order line item are missing
Wrong goods have been delivered. (User will have to share photos of the received goods and logistics label)
•Delivered goods are in the damaged condition. (User will have to share photos of the received goods and logistics label)

*We will refund/re-ship if the product doesn’t get delivered within 30 working days. This happens in the case of lost products.

Note: We may not be able to refund due to subjective reasons of the customer like:

*The customer does not like the product
*Delivered products get damaged (accidentally) by the customer

Sizing

Please refer to size guides for each product, items differ in sizes depending on where it is coming from. Exchanges for incorrect sizing may be applicable. Customer is responsible for sending items back to seller.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

There is a 5 hour window to cancel any windows from the time placed. We make the greatest efforts to have orders processed quickly and efficiently.


Returns are not accepted at this time. Exchanges may be accepted after communication with us. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
