If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. ITEM MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ON IT FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT, MUST BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

• Clearance items are final sale.
• Pre-Orders are final sale.
• Body Suits are final sale.
• Bralettes are final sale.
• Accessories are final sale.
• Any reduced price items of 30% off or more or "final sale" items CANNOT be returned
• Unfortunately, you will not receive credit/exchange if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
• Have an issue with size/fit, please contact us!

SHOE RETURNS:

• All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Shoe return will be in the form of store credit due to how quickly sizes sell out.
• If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
• If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.

Please send us an email for your return, please include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and Reason for Return! (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)

• Please allow us 3-4 business days to receive your return and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and store credit.
• You will receive your online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
