**This cup does not come with a lid and straw. Lids and straws are sold separately.  Please add them to cart if you would like to include these with your order.

These items are all ready to ship, so once they sell out, there is a a possibility that they will not be restocked. Items will ship out in 2 to 3 business days, but if ordered with a custom made item, all items will ship at the same time.  If you want RTS items fast, please check out all those items before adding custom items to cart.  Thank you.

Shipping Policy

Turn around time on all products is 3 to 4 weeks.  We do our best to get items out as soon as possible without compromising the integrity of our items.  If we ever need to ship an item out later, we will be sure to contact you ahead of time.  Once item is shipped, I cannot control how long it takes the post office to deliver.  I always use 2 to 3 day shipping, but with the struggles the post office is having with the pandemic, that is not always the case. 

Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds as all items are customized.  If you receive damaged goods, please email me a picture at happylittlestarshop@gmail.com

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Do to the nature of all products being hand made and taking days to create, I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.  If you have any issues with your products or need to make any changes, please email me at happylittlestarshop.com.
