Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: That's Sew For Me is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds are not allowed on custom orders including skirts or shirts. If the error is on the end of our company we will be ensure to correct it.
All other refunds will need to approved. Please email us at thatssewforme@gmail.com for concerns.
If refund is approved, all returns must be posted marked within 7 days of delivery confirmations. All items being returned must be in new/unused condition.
