If you are unhappy or if something arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days and I will do my best to fix it. Custom orders CANNOT be exchanged or refunded due to the personal nature of the product. If a semi-custom product or ready-made item can be resold, which is at the sole discretion of Kristie Lyn Studios, shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer. This will not be determined until it is received at my studio.

Any returns within the US must be made within 14 days of receipt, returned with a tracking number and must be in the same condition as when received by buyer. Purchases made from the EU have 14 days to return an item in the same condition as when received. Please send me a message with any questions or concerns. Only the item cost will be refunded, NOT any shipping charges.

If for any reason you should need to cancel your custom stationery order, contact me immediately. Due to the personalized nature of custom stationery, all orders are non-refundable without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on my part, I will do my best to correct the problem non-monetarily. Rejection of the completed project or cancellation of this contract after start of production will result in the forfeiture of all labor and/or expenses to date. If project is complete, client will owe the full invoiced amount. All portions of the project, including samples, must be returned in their entirety to Kristie Lyn Studios.

Tremendous care is put into binding all of our books. If at any time, the binding becomes very loose or comes undone, please send me a message and I will rebind it for you at no cost.
