🧺 Care Instructions:

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Shipping Policy

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We use different manufacturers to produce our items in different locations in the United States.

Since every item in your order is made individually, it usually takes 2-4 business days to make your item, depending on the manufacturer.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically take another 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Please note that during high volume season(s), orders may take longer to process.

Currently there may be postal delays due to COVID-19 measures, so please be wary!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Can I get my order sooner with Express Shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer Express Shipping at this time. Since your order is being shipped directly from the manufacturer, all orders will arrive within 7-14 business days.

How can I track my order?

An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. This email is separate from your order confirmation email and will be sent out once your order has been shipped. 

Please check your spam/junk folder for this notification, as it can sometimes end up there due to different mail servers. 

If, for some reason, you have not received your tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please send us an email at info@kittie-treats.com so we can look into it.

Please note that it can take 1-2 days for the tracking to update.

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-14 business days

I haven't gotten my package/it hasn't shown as shipped yet. What do I do?

Most orders take 7-14 business days to arrive. Please contact us at info@kittie-treats.com if you feel your package is taking longer than expected to arrive.

My order stopped tracking/is lost in transit. What do I do?

USPS tracking updates are not always updated in real time. Please keep checking your tracking status for 7 days and you should start to see updates. After 7 days, if you don't see an update, please send us an email at info@kittie-treats.com.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee!

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, then you may return the whole or partial order at any time up to 30 days after you received your item(s). The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in order to be eligible for return.

To request a return, please email us at info@kittie-treats.com and we will send you a return label via email for the items you would like to mail back to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. 

Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to the original payment method within 48-72 hours. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

If you received a damaged/defective item, please reach out to info@kittie-treats.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the damage and we will be happy to replace your items at no cost to you. 

If you received the wrong sized item or changed your mind about your order, please contact us to request a return shipping label at info@kittie-treats.com. You may then place a separate order for the correct size or item you would like instead, if you so desire.

For customized jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Since your item was custom-made, you will not be required to return your item. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations or Changes to Your Order:

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@kittie-treats.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to intercept the order before it goes into production. If the order is already in production, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel or change your order.

Returns:

To request a return, please email us at info@kittie-treats.com and we will send you a return label via email for the items you would like to mail back to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to the original payment method within 48-72 hours. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account. 

Exchanges:

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. If you need a different sized item, you will need to contact us to request to return your order (per our Refund Policy) and place an order for the new item in the correct size.
