Shipping Policy


Our products are shipped within 1-3 days.

When  we offer customized products we can usually ship within 3-7 days.

We use the following carriers: USPS and UPS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are currently ONLY shipping in the United States.

We will keep you informed when we are able to ship internationally.

Refund Policy

At this time we do not offer refunds.

If your items arrive damaged we will exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oakcityscentsco@gmail.com and include a picture of the damaged item.
