Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Fort Worth, TX within 3-4 business days of being placed online. Tuesdays and Fridays are the days when carriers pick up our packages to begin their journeys to you. The shipping timeline indicated when you place your order does not include the, typically, 3-4 days between placing your order and it arriving at a shipping facility. As a one-person enterprise, The Thank You Card Store appreciates your understanding of this order processing and shipping timeline!

Refund Policy

Please provide your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged product.
