Some days, the obstacles we face can be overwhelming. As women, we do whatever we need to “Slay the Day”. Another of our unique collar designs that can be worn casually or dressed up with your favorite outfit.

All Biscuit and Bubs clothing is handmade with love and we always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.  

Shirts are made to order unless otherwise specified.  Screen and device may alter shirt colors.

Shipping Policy

All our products are handmade and we expect a turn around time of 1-3 weeks. Given the current impact of Covid, there may be shipping delays. We use various carriers and once the package has left us, please remember we have no control over any delays that can occur in transit.

Please ensure your product selection, and size are correct when your order is placed. All orders paid with PayPal/Amazon Pay are shipped to the address you have listed in PayPal/Amazon. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. As our items are handmade, shipping may take up to three weeks. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, or items lost or damaged in transit. IF USING A THIRD PARTY CHECKOUT METHOD (Apple, Amazon, PayPal, FaceBook, Google, ShopPay, etc.) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Once your order is placed, we CANNOT change the shipping address.

Shipping will be calculated at check-out. We currently DO NOT offer international shipping (except Canada), but stick around, we're hoping that will be changing as we continue to grow!

Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at sales@biscuitandbubs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions about how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items can not be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges due to the volume of orders we receive. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is approved make a separate purchase for the item you want.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Sale and Holiday items are not eligible for return. Due to the time sensitive nature of holiday designs, these products are FINAL SALE and cannot returned for any reason.
