These are reversible and tie-on, so you get a 2-in-1 look. These are ready made and in-stock products that are ready to be shipped out. Each purchase includes one reversible pet bandana*. The straps allow you to adjust the neck length to fit your dog better. Please also consider your pet’s fluff in the measurements, to ensure for well fitting.

Shipping Policy

PROCESSING POLICY

All orders processing time is 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will to be processed within 3-5 business days after your order is received.

You will receive an automated email from ModernOakDesigns@gmail.com when your item is shipped. Currently, Modern Oak Designs is only shipping within the United States and Canadian territories.

US orders will be shipped through USPS 1st Class Package a flat rate of $3.50, shipping time is 1-4 business days once package is scanned at the post office.

Canadian orders will be shipped through UPS Standard a flat rate of $15, shipping time is 7-10 business days once package is scanned at the post office.

Please make sure that your address is current at checkout. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address that you provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address before we ship your item, we will be able to make the change. Please contact modernoakdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and your current shipping address, and we will fix it for you.

RUSH SHIPPING

If you need an item before a certain date, please check to see if it is possible prior to placing your order. You can contact us at ModernOakDesigns@gmail.com or use the "Contact Us" link and we will respond within 2-3 business days.

There may be a higher shipping fee for rushed orders. We will give you a price estimate prior to you placing an order if that is the case.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at modernoakdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
