To preserve the earrings as best you can, avoid contact with liquids, don’t wear in the shower, and avoid sleeping in them.
Most orders will be shipped out within 1-7 business days after ordering.

Holiday Shipping Delays:
Shipping times will be longer around the holidays. Please keep in mind that I have no control over how long shipping takes after I send out your package. I try my best to get it out to ship as soon as possible.
If products arrive damaged:
As of now refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged, you have 3 days from the delivery date to contact us via email happyishbrand@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product.

If products say "Delivered" but have not yet arrived:
Please wait at least 3 business days from the delivery date before reaching out regarding orders that say "Delivered" but have not yet arrived. Occasionally, packages are mistakenly marked as delivered before arriving, and will usually show up within the next few business days.
