Please keep in mind that all of our tees are unisex sizing. If you are ordering a tee with a bleached design, the bleaching patterns may vary from what you see on our website. But we will try our best to maintain the same spraying habits. As well, sometimes the bleach will pull colors differently. The results could vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white and gray. They will all pull relatively close to, or exactly, the colors you see on our website.

If you are ordering a custom dyed tee, please make sure you reach out to us via email to confirm your color choices and dye patterns. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, we will cancel/refund the custom dyed items.

To contact us, please email orders@bows2bakery.com and please use your order number as the subject line. If you try contacting us outside of this email, I cannot guarantee a response. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response to your emails.

Every item in our shop is made to order. This means that I don’t accept returns. Unless there is a defect found within 2 business days of delivery. Once you receive your package, make sure to check your order over to ensure any replacements or refunds can be issued in a timely matter.

Should an order be returned to us for a wrong address, the buyer is responsible for paying to reship the order. No refunds will be issued for this.

Shipping Policy

All tee orders have a turnaround time of 25 to 30 business days. All handmade orders have a turnaround time of 6 to 12 business WEEKS. A business week consists of Monday through Friday. Federal holidays and any days listed on our TAT && Product Disclaimers page are not included in turnaround time.
We are currently only shipping through UPS. Turnaround time does not include shipping time to you. That varies via whichever service you choose at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over delivery date or time. However, we want to hear from you if you have any issues!

Should an order be returned to us for a wrong address, the buyer is responsible for paying to reship the order. No refunds will be issued for this.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of handmade and custom items, we do not typically offer refunds. However if your order arrives damaged in anyway, please reach out to us via email orders@bows2bakery.com as we want to ensure our customers are happy and taken care of.

Please put your order number in the subject line.
